...It's been a few days since we launched the II stage of training in SEC.

Those who are just thinking to get involved in learning on the coming groups, asked to tell a little more about the training.

We are happy to share the nuances of our program. After all, in addition to a lot of work, our team put heart and soul into this training!

From the first day of training, students began to replenish their "emotional" library. We recommend them to read books by sending either an electronic version or a video announcement. There is huge set of literature on emotional intelligence. We suggest what is essential for reading. What kind of work is advisable to study in the first place. We send students links to articles on modules. Using, in particular, HBR and Forbs as sources. TED and YouTube are the resources where we download videos to provide them for students to watch.

After reading articles, watching videos, we ask students to share their conclusions and insights on them.

Also, students are provided with training material in pdf mode-the quintessence of world experience in the field of emotional intelligence.

We try to "make up" our own "textbooks" in accessible to all students form, with illustrations. Tasks are sent in separate files. To do the tasks, students will have a special file to fill.

As soon as the tasks are checked, files will be redirected to the students, with the EIRC Chief’s resume.

Tasks are very diverse.

The file to fill on "how the situation looks now" had launched the training, that is, in the task, students cover the problems they encounter in business and in life. They define their goal during training, designate points for business and life. This is necessary to have a clear idea of what we have and what we are striving for. Next, students will be offered files with photos, on which they will determine the expressions of each of the basic emotions. And, with the explanation of their choice... Based on the opinion of the majority, we will identify the "right" emotions for a particular photo. Also there are various situational tasks in the program. We did not do without the top movies - after watching some fragments, students will evaluate the emotions of the characters, justifying whether these reactions were appropriate in this situation. If this is not the case, they will have to think: what emotions would be appropriate. After checking, the "keys" to the tasks will be sent.

We will also offer tasks that involve masterpieces of world art.

Students will receive emotion management techniques, techniques to combat stress. They will learn how to make their own individual programs.

Surely everyone is looking forward to the days of individual sessions on Skype. And this is not a complete list of what will make the training interesting and, not afraid to say, exciting.

I stage had so-called basic character. There was a study of the alphabet of emotions. One studied the other, critically examined it, was touched, improved, admired, resented... They had a lot of time for analysis and reflection.

Among the students of the II stage there are those who passed the first stage.

We hope they will learn with even greater pleasure.
